A responsible adult needs to be present during the installation.
Have your TV setting at the location where you want the cable outlet installed.
Cable must meet FCC specifications to be connected to our system. Existing cable in your home may need to be replaced to meet these requirements.
Our technician may need access to your backyard. Please have dogs put away and gates unlocked.
If a cable is laid on the ground it is our practice to have it buried within 10 days (weather permitting). If it is not buried within 10 days, please call our office.
Payment is due at the time of installation. Please have the exact amount in the form of check, money order, or cash. Our technicians will not be able to make change.
